Can I combine multiple promotions?

Combining promotions is not allowed. You must pick a single promotion to apply to your purchase. The only exception is for the Product of the Month.

If I have a financial hardship or a Veteran’s discount, can I still use other promotions?

No. You must select a single promotion to apply to your purchase. The only exception is for the Product of the Month.

Can I use my total promotional balance from my “New Apothca Patient Card” or my “New Medical Patient Card” in one purchase?

Yes, as long as the total purchase is large enough. You can apply $50 from your card for every $100 you purchase. For example, if you purchase $190 worth of medicine, you could only apply $50 from your card. However, if you purchase reaches $200, you would be able to apply two $50 discounts from your card to that purchase.

How long after I receive my new or renewed Massachusetts medical patient program card do I have to receive the “New Medical Patient Card?”

You have 30 days to visit an Apothca location from receiving your new or renewed Massachusetts medical patient program card.

Can I receive a “New Medical Patient Card” a second time?

Yes. Every time you renew your Massachusetts medical patient program card you become eligible for the “New Medical Patient Card” as long as you qualify with the other program requirements/restrictions.

When will my “New Apothca Patient Card” or my “New Medical Patient Card” expire?

Yourcard will expire 90 days after you use it for the first time.

Can I buy medicine in another dispensary and still qualify for a “New Medical Patient” card?

Yes BUT only if your FIRST purchase after receiving your new or renewed Massachusetts Medical Marijuana program card is made at an Apothca location.

Do I need to have my “New Apothca Patient Card” or my “New Medical Patient Card” with me to use the credit?

Yes. You need to present the card at the time of purchase.

How many times can I receive the $50 “Patient Referral Program” discount?

As many times as you bring a new Apothca patient to an Apothca location! The more new patients you bring, the more referral discounts you receive!

Do I need to physically bring a new patient to be eligible for the “Patient Referral Program?”

Yes. Our current program requires that the new patient you refer is brought in by you in person.

Can I use multiple “Patient Referral Program” discounts at the same time?

Yes, but you only receive a $50 discount for every $100 purchase you make. If you bring two new Apothca patients during one visit, and you purchase $200 worth of medicine, you would be able to use both $50 discounts!

Can I save up my “Patient Referral Program” discounts and use them together?

Your $50 “Patient Referral Program” discount is only valid on the visit when you bring a new Apothca patient.

Can Apothca employees participate in the “Patient Referral Program?”

No.
